Owner and Executive Chef - Alex Hamlin
Trained in the kitchens of New York City and relocated to the West Coast Chef Alex has worked as an Executive Chef throughout Southern California. He created Southern California Chef Service as a format to offer catering services, event planning, business consultations, culinary education classes and other chef services.
Chef Alex has been a consultant to some of Southern California's finest hotels, resorts, restaurants and private clubs including Disneyland Resort, Aramark at Angel Stadium, Hyatt, Hilton and Marriott Hotels, Patina Restaurant Group, Wolfgang Puck Restaurant Group, The Center Club, Mesa Verde Country Club and many more.
